Cancellation and Deposits

If you have paid a deposit, it is non-refundable. If you have made an advanced purchase reservation, this is non-refundable. If your reservation is on a free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival should you cancel your reservation between 0-14 day a charge of 50% of the total holiday price would be charged. We would always recommend that you take out travel or holiday insurance as these policies are designed to recompense you should you need to cancel your reservation.

Check in/out

Check in is from 14.00. We ask our guests to vacate their room by 11.00 on their day of departure. Jersey is VAT free, however a local 5% Goods and Services Tax applies. You will need photographic ID when travelling to Jersey.

Children

We welcome families of all ages! Many of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or baby cot. We have several family rooms however we do not have rooms with connecting doors. We regret we do not have baby-listening services. We have high chairs and baby cots available. Children up to the age of 18 must be accompanied in both the swimming pool and the gymnasium as these facilities are unsupervised.

Data Protection

We collect certain personal data from you to satisfy certain legal requirements. We can confirm that we will not share your information with anyone unless legally required to do so.

Bookings

You may make a booking online through our or others’ booking engines, however we reserve the right to review any of these bookings. The management reserves the right to adjust or terminate at any stage the provision of accommodation and any other services at its discretion.

Apartments –  Prices include the accommodation only. Apartment guests are welcome to use all of the hotel facilities including the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Parking

You are welcome to park your (private or hire) car at any time in our hotel car park. There is also a public car park near the hotel should our parking be full. We cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever caused to vehicles.

Payment terms

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. There are no additional fees when using your card for hotel services. We cannot accept personal cheques.

Valuables

We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged property. Please obtain a receipt if you are depositing valuables at reception.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to terminate at any stage the provision of accommodation and any other services at our discretion. We would remind our guests that their children must be supervised by them at all times. We would equally remind our adult patrons that their behaviour should not disturb other guests.

 

"Perfect stay at this lovely hotel!"

We have just had a really lovely stay at the Beausite Hotel. It is situated within easy reach of the beautiful seaside village of Gorey and close to St. Helier. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we have no complaints about the beds. The restaurant is excellent! Breakfasts offer many choices and the service is always very good. We ate dinner here on several occasions and were very impressed with both the choice available and the quality of the food. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus and there are lots of options for relaxing around the hotel, both inside and outside. We would definitely recommend a stay here!
